ECOCLEAN - Eco Flex Rotary Table

The very Eco Flex Rotary Table system is a carousel style washer, that indexes parts from one stage to the next. These process stages typically consist of Wash - Rinse - Dry. The carousel is intended to stop at each station allowing for front loading by manual or automatic means at a single location. 

The working principle is based on the unique indexing table which rotates 360 degrees and accepts specially designed part-specific fixtures and station tooling at each stage. The Eco Flex Rotary Table machines are available in several different rotary table configurations, including part rotation which is independent from the main carousel, ensuring full 360-degree rotation. This allows for washing from all sides, thus ensuring maximum cleaning results. 

Additional stages are available per request which include rinsing, airknife blow-off, and hot air-drying stages. These designs work exceptionally well with small and medium parts, loaded individually or continuously for cell-based applications found in Automotive, Aerospace and other industrial applications.
