ECOCLEAN - Eco Flex Rotary Basket

Eco Flex Rotary Basket front loading washers are designed to clean parts automatically with pressurized, heated wash solution. The Eco Flex Rotary Basket systems normally are front loaded but designs for full pass-through options exist. Each unit has tank heating insulation, a single stage vapor extraction for fine mist removal. The door is pneumatically controlled as a standard feature. 

Rinsing and drying process stages can also be added to this very flexible unit, meaning the whole process of washing, rinsing, and drying can be completed in the same chamber. 

The entire process is controlled via a PLC main control located in the main panel. Options include filtration devices, oil skimmers and oil separators, discharge pumps, loading/unloading carts, or automation, and more.
